  Monday through Friday from 10:30am - 6pm. Tickets are also available at the box office in the evenings on nights of shows. ($1 service fee per ticket/no fee for tickets bought on the night of the show).

IMPORTANT - YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID AND YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH YOU TO PICK UP YOUR TICKETS AT WILL CALL ON THE NIGHT OF THE SHOW.

TO TRANSFER TICKETS TO A NEW NAME:
In order to transfer your tickets over to someone else's name you will need to make a photocopy of your ID and sign that paper saying you authorize this person to pick up your tickets for the show that night. The new person will need to have this paper as well as their own ID at the box office window for will call. ***Please note that there are some shows where this policy will not be honored and will be stated on the website/Slim's weekly emailer, etc. in advance.***
